  • Although Cerrado is one of Brazil's newer coffee-growing regions, it has swiftly established itself as a premium producer of specialty coffee. Cerrado’s unique environment provides coffee roasters with unparalleled consistency, an attribute greatly valued in the specialty coffee industry. The region's distinct, level terrain, sitting comfortably at 1200 meters above sea level, enables smallholder farmers to implement modern harvesting methods usually unavailable to more mountainous coffee regions, ensuring consistent quality year after year.

Yet Cerrado offers much more than ideal coffee-growing conditions. It is part of an expansive tropical and subtropical biome, lush with forests, marshlands, and grasslands. Covering over 20% of Brazil, Cerrado represents the largest savannah in South America and stands as one of the world’s richest ecosystems. Amazingly, about 5% of all species on Earth call Cerrado their home, highlighting its incredible biodiversity.

The result is a coffee deeply connected to its land—an experience that tells a story of dedication, sustainability, and harmony with nature, tasted in every cup of Cerrado coffee
